Anthony Leeds

Dr Anthony Leeds is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College, London. He graduated in medicine from the Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London, in 1971. He conducts research on carbohydrate and dietary fibre in relation to heart disease, obesity and diabetes, continues part-time medical practice and is a member of the European Association of Scientific Editors. He chairs the research ethics committee of King’s College and in 1999 was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Biology.
