Helen O’Connor

Dr Helen O’Connor is a sports dietitian and lecturer in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Sydney. Helen consults at the Sydney Sports Medicine Centre, Olympic Park, and at South Sydney Sports Medicine Centre. She is a consultant dietitian to the Sydney Swans, Canterbury Rugby League and a number of Australia’s elite athletes.
